Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every CRAFTD piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How should I care for my items?
While our jewelry is highly durable, we recommend wiping it with a soft cloth after wear and storing it in the provided pouch to maintain its high-shine finish.
