Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place your jewelry in its original CRAFTD packaging and ensure it is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
